after 6 years, it finally starts

well after having my vert for a while and finally getting a 4th gen to swap over, i figured i would post some pics of my progress...

How much fun was it putting the LS in that way? Did you do it by yourself? Did you have to notch the K-member for the oil pan?
Sorry for all the questions... As soon as my parts are all here (most are in the mail!) I'll be doing this... Likely with no help around.

actually it wasnt that bad, just like any other sbc tranny combo. i had a buddy help me. i did notch the k member in both spots, sorry no pics of those finished, but i think i can get a finger between pan and k member now.

Ha, thanks for the offer, I'm far enough north in Ontario that I'm only a few miles away from being considered in "northern" Ontario... Not exactly close, but hey any help is welcomed lol. The GF wants to help, but we live 90 minutes apart so I'll likely be doing it on my own.

I'm guessing you just eyeballed the oil pan notch?
