Holley Modular Hi–Ram Intake Manifold

Is anyone running this on their LS swap. If so do you have any pics or any clearance issues? Thanks in advance.

Re: Holley Modular Hi–Ram Intake Manifold

Its going to need quite the snorkel/scoop to clear the hi-ram in a third gen. Great intake though

Re: Holley Modular Hi–Ram Intake Manifold

I knew their would be hood issues. I was mainly worried if their would be issues with it hitting the cowl. I guess I should have stated that.

Re: Holley Modular Hi–Ram Intake Manifold

It does not hit the cowl, and I think I will able to fit my original wiper motor back on since I put my fuel line on today. I will get pics on here soon. As for the hood.....I don't think my 4" Harwood cowl hood will clear it, so I might have to do a Sunoco style hood. Here it is outside the car

Re: Holley Modular Hi–Ram Intake Manifold

Very clean install. Too bad so many aftermarket intakes are so tall, really limits applications

I think your talking about the Holley Mid-rise intake. I was also wondering if anyone is running this intake?

Wondering how long it will take before people realize that most cars will be slower with this manifold.

Re: Holley Modular Hi–Ram Intake Manifold

As far as I know, Hawks did a build with a Holly mid ram and it cleared the hood, as for the highram it's not gonna clear with out some sort of cowel or cutting a hole. The truck intake just fits with solid mounts and trimming the underhood and it's shorter then the highram
