92 FIREBIRD LT1 AIR INTAKE QUESTIONS

AS STATED IVE GOT A 92 FIREBIRD WITH A 93 LT1 IN IT. WANTING TO USE A FACTORY TPI Z28 "SNORKEL INTAKE" FOR AN AIR INTAKE WITH A FACTORY FORMULA HOOD.


WILL IT FIT UNDER THE HOOD AND IS THERE A SPECIFIC REASON THEY USED A DIFFERENT INTAKE FOR THE TRANS AM?

Hood clearance is the reason it wasn't used on the Firebirds.
