Which Harness and PCU?

Which Harness and PCU?
I have a 92 Camaro that I'm looking to do a LS swap in. I recently bought a 98 LS1 model Trans Am. The original motor blew up so the guy put a 5.3 back in it. I will be putting the 5.3 into the Camaro but I'm not sure which harness and PCU to use. I have both the LS1 harness and PCU as well as the 5.3 Harness and PCU. The motor is from an 2005 Silverado but will have an LS1 intake and throttle body.
I am not sure if the truck was drive by wire or not since the original intake is no longer on it. I'm not sure how to tell otherwise because I don't have access to the donor vehicle. If it turns out that it was drive by wire I would need to use the LS1 harness if I wanted to run a throttle cable right?

Re: Which Harness and PCU?
05 5.3 is still a GEN III engine, so the longblock is basically the same as the old LS1, just less displacement and heavier
If you run it in LS1 dress (intake, accessories etc) then a basic LS1 harness will still work. Id suggest to upgrade to a 99-03 PCM because the 98 PCM was unique and not many tuners like messing with it
