LS1 Swap Evap Control with stock tank

What is the best way to run the stock charcoal canister with a stock thirdgen tank on an ls1 swap? I do not want to just vent to atmosphere. Im not concerned with emissions, but dont want it to smell like gas.

You should just be able to leave that line as is shouldn't you? It already runs up to the evap canister. I deleted mine so I am not 100% sure.

It does run up to the evap cannister, but I have no way of controlling the purge solenoid with the LS1 computer. Thats the trouble im having

Cant you just run a purge valve like the earlier cars had off vacuum?
