4l60e, No power to the wheels in any gear, trans fluid leaking around the output shaf

I have a 2001 Chevrolet 2 wheel drive transmission(4l60e) that has been converted to 4x4 and hooked up to a jeep transfer case. the wiring harness was custom ordered with a PCM.

when we converted the transmission to 4x4, we replaced the valve body gaskets, check *****, sun gear shell, and output shaft.

we tried to prime the transmission last night and it will not spin the tires. we cranked the jeep and shifted in to first to start the priming process and it will not do anything.

Afraid we can't be much help. Just aren't that many LS 4x4 swaps into third generation GM f-bodies.
