Ls3 iroc

Few questions I have on my ls3 swap.

first is, do the race innovation long tubes work well for the ls3 swap or what other brand better suits it?

second, can the stock iroc air box be used or does it need to be upgraded

third, can I used the built in fuel pressure regulator fuel filter or do I need to run the adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

Hooker blackheart or kooks mid length seem to be the top header choice. The stock air box will work but will hold back some power. The C5 fuel filter is the simple and cheap way to go for sure.
