cam

2003 chevy silverado 2500hd lq4.
trying to find info on cam. tried matching up numbers on end of cam and no results
Can someone help me out on these numbers please? The following numbers are stamped on back of cam. I thought they were a part number.

Is the engine stock? If so it should have the same cam as the 2002 LS1.

As far as I know the engine is stock. Just want to see what cam is before buying something
