LT1 7000 Rpm?

Is it possible to swap in a stock LT1 and throw various NA Mods at the engine and rev it to 7K without a Camshaft upgrade?
if this is not possible what do you need to make a stock LT1 Rev to 7000 Safely?

Rev to or make power thats usable to 7000?

second, why do you need to?

valve train parts are needed for 7k rpm. But stock cam doesnt have duration to do anything above 5500-6000, so it be pointless
