Can anyone tell me if a 2002 4.8 ls will bolt up to the transmission in my 1991 camaro rs 3.1?

No.

The Bellhousing Bolt-Pattern of the RWD Chevrolet 60-Degree V6 Engine is different (from the Gen-III/ IV Chevrolet Small Block V8) and uncommon.
