LS swap no signal power at fuel pump relay
I have an 89 GTA with a 99 LS1/T56 and a Pocket harness. Awesome harness btw. I'm in the process of doing a Vintage Air sytsem and have the dash out of the car and wanted to burp the cooling system and check for leaks inside before putting the dash in, but I have no fuel. I found no power with key on at terminal 86 (green/white) of the fuel pump relay and then went back to terminal R9 of the PCM and found no power with key on. The car does crank and the PCM has power at both orange B20 and B57 and all 4 grounds B1 R1 B40 R40. C207 and C100 connectors are plugged in. The car ran fine before pulling it apart so I can't imagine the PCM went bad and isn't sending a signal. Any input would be helpful.
