Car: Used to drive a camaro
Re: REAL Pictures of the NEW INTRO's!
HOLY FARKIN schnikeys. I love that look. Great job, great choice and great car all around. That is the LAST thing I'm doing to my car, getting a nice expensive set of 18+" wheels. The look you pulled off is awesome.

Your Car is beautiful!! The only thing I don't like is that mine is going to look just like it almost.
I had/have no intentions of coping you but you sure did do the almost my exact set I've had in mind for the last year and a half.
At least I know it will look good!
My SS hood is actually sitting in the garage too. lol
Again Beautiful Camaro!! I love it!

Re: REAL Pictures of the NEW INTRO's!
your car is WOW diffently my all time favorite
i always think about doing the ss hood and 91-92 ground effects after lookin at your car..great job man
im diffently thinking 19s or 20s now
and you said it doesnt lift fast?
try upgrading the air line from the valve to the bag..i have 3/8 valves 1/2 line and its diffently quick enough.at 180psi the back can almost hop.but at like 140 psi on front and rear its a good quick nothing crazy
----------
air ride is not as expensive as all you guys think it is
i got mine at cost so it was dirt cheap but still its not that bad.espically since ours is all bolt on.it all depends how fast you want it and how quick you want to refill your tank or how much air supply then it can get costly.
mines all bolt on except the rear since i notched it out to lay more

Re: REAL Pictures of the NEW INTRO's!
thanks guys
my air ride set-up cost me about 3 grand....and I'll explain why. I went with a new digital system Air Ride Technologies came out with. By the push of a button...I can adjust each individual bag pressure..and they can be monitred on the screen. I also went with manifolds instead of seperate valves...and also installed regulators on the manifolds...so I can control how fast and /or slow the car can go. I went with 1/4" in lines...and a 3 gallon air tank..which explains why the car doesn't rise fast. One draw back with the digital system is that the system only allows 150 PSI....and thats the only sensor that is available right now. I can also have 3 presets with the system which is cool. Here is a picture of the screen:
I had to buy the bags and mounts seperately though...but Air Ride Technologies does make the kit for 82-92 Fbodies...I think was about $650.00 or so...(bags and mounts)
If you didn't go with a digital set-up....you could actually fab a kit for pretty cheap....pretty much valves, gauges, tank, lines, and switches

Re: REAL Pictures of the NEW INTRO's!
Can I join the club too?
86 Camaro sport coupe (no skirts). Air Lift components used. 1/4" lines.
I have mounted the tank in the same place!! The solenoids are on the other side
Ignore the front wheels in these pictures!! ran out of money! Next month are 18's on the front to join the 20's at the back
Yours is a good looking car
Andy.

WOW!!! That looks amazing. Have never seen the interior before but thats by far one of my fave Maros right now. Keep up the good work brother.
If and when I get my next Camaro that's the look I want for it except with 19/18 wheels and hawks spoiler.

With it dropped it looks like one of those Jada Toys dubs cars. That is a real clean, not to overly done car. Big thumbs up.

Re: REAL Pictures of the NEW INTRO's!
[quote=BADNBLK;3723090]It really looks GREAT! I like that you took the pics in the same area as some of your old ones. That baby is slammed.... You need plates that say TUCKIN' !!!
[quote]
This is one sexy car, but honestly this is not slammed. Why can’t you go lower? Are your rims just too big? I have untampered lowering springs and I’m at the same height (compared to your "slammed" stance) and still able to tuck my stock 16's.
Do you happen to still have your stock rims? Mind putting them on, dropping it and show us some pictures?
In my opinion "slammed" is anywhere between frame/subframe 1.5" from the ground to actually on the ground.

Re: REAL Pictures of the NEW INTRO's!
Haha.. That's a nice set or rims dude though the wheels in front tends to be shy to look at the camera . Anyways, won't you go for 20' on the front?

Re: REAL Pictures of the NEW INTRO's!
WHOA! Yes it does!!! If I'm going to look at it a couple feet away I'd probably wouln't recognized it as a thirdgen. It's a modern & rejuvenated thirdgen man

Gives me reason to bag my 91! I really like the stance of the car!
The tank is hidden where the trunk box rises from the fender well?
It looks odd to me in the pictures.
