your car = 99.9% perfect. Everything looks amazing. To get the last .1%, IMO the wheels... don't get me wrong they are sweet but maybe a set of C6 competition grey..?!?! I like the clear light conversion and how clear/clear all the lights are. Any more pics, maybe interior? What are the details on the car? mostly stock? I think I see 4th gen T/A leather. miles? how long you had it?

I have her for about 2 years now. I have been doing mainly bolt ons. Ported plenum, slp runners, coverted rear to disc with 4.10 (got a price on the rear I could not say no to), had a BBK-TB but did not care for the fit.
Presently installing UMI panhard, control arms and SFC.
Next on the list is stroking the 305 adding a supercharger and then of course a new tranny

Very sexy 91! I like everything that I'm seeing, but the super 80's louvers on the rear window.
Good luck at the car show... hopefully you won't need it!!

The louvers are original stock and very rare. Was not a fan either, however when my body guy painted them for me they looked too good to take off.

Re: Some new Pictures 91 Z28
Very nice car. I think if it were mine I could get used to the louvers. The wheels, maybe not so much, but honestly it's such a clean looking car that I would probably be able to look past them.
----------
By the way the wheels look like something you might see on a Dodge Ram or some other Dodge product.

That's harsh. I like my rims. At least I could say that no one else will have a thirdgen with my rims on it.
Ok maybe because no one else would like them on their car.......

Great looking ride, the only thing I would suggest is coating the inner fenders with some rubber undercoating and while the undercoating is still damp apply some gloss black paint. It cost about 20$ in supplies and maybe 2hours of your time and you will be amazed at the results.
Re: Some new Pictures 91 Z28
Your car looks great brother! I like those luvers (I think thats how you spell it), Interior is nice too. Only thing that I would suggest are the stock Z28 wheels to put back on if they are in great condition. Other than that awesome ride, enjoy!

Yes my Camaro came stock with louvers. Have no idea where to get them, they are very rare. Occasionally they show up on ebay but they are expensive as hell.

The louvers make a world of difference when parked in the sun, especially with a black car. The interior doesn't get as hot & it saves the rear seats from sun damage, especially with leather. Also people can't look in throught the back.
Gooman, got any pics of the front of the Blue RS above?

Nice pics! Your car looks in great shape. That blue camaro's hood looks awesome, too.
It's nice to see such a large group of well-kept thirdgens.

He cut out the holes where the louvers would have been and inserted screens on the sides.

Re: Some new Pictures 91 Z28 and Belmont Show 11/2/08
Is this someone on here's car or is it just similar to what he is doing? I have seena thread where someone is messing with louvers and laxan. If this is the outcome... DAMN! First turbo hood I have seen look good and good is an understatement. I love the lexan.

Man, I wish the car shows that are in my area would have third gens and fox body mustangs. All the ones where I live all have the same old first gen camaros and mustangs, along with a few late 70's Vettes, '57 chevys and what not. Not that those cars aren't cool, but its getting to the point where it's "you've seen one car show, you've seen them all."
