1MeanZ - Car looks great. Love the wheels! If you don't mind what are the specs on them and the tires? Looks like a killer setup. I know I want black wheels or maybe gray, definitely a classic 5 spoke. I've been browsing around and I keep coming back to the ZR1s.
The hitch makes sense to me and the trailer seems ideal. If I got more serious with my car I'd probably do the same thing.

The wheels are 17x9.5 front and 17x11 rear. Tires are 275/40/17 front and 315/35/17 rear. I'm using 1.75" spacers all around. I got the wheels and tires as a combo from here. www.tomswheelz.com
I need to lower the car a little, but its going to be a balancing act to keep my exhaust intact.

Where did you get your hitch? and how much can it hold? by the looks of things I might need to put a hitch on mine as well. although, I would like to find one that you can completely remove when you don't need it. since i'll seldom need it.

I got the hitch in terrible condition from a fellow auto-x buddy for shipping, which was $20 LOL. I sandblasted it and painted it and it looks like new. It is held on with 6 bolts and is really easy to take on and off. I typically leave it on unless I'm going to a car show or something.

I had a dual setup before, but recently went with mufflex 4" catback style. The lowest point for me is the y-pipe around the crossmember.

ZR1 wheels.
As for the hitch i think its not too noticeable, at least its not like chrome lol
I think its a good idea, better than watching my buddy cram his spare tires in his FC RX7 and then have someone follow him with his tools and his 4 new tires for the end of the day
this guy has like 3 diffferent sets of factory wheels he just cycles out as they blow lol then again he runs drift events so it might tear em up just a lil faster
You have a clean car man i love it

Now we got some snow in SW Ohio, followed by the usual ice storm that just messes everything up!

I love the ice on the door strip! No way to get in the car, not that I would try but even if I had to, I couldn't. Door handle has 3/4" ice over it!

man we got hit with the ice bad but we had more powerline damage and tree damage. My iroc is thankfully in the garage. Sad to see a covered iroc in the snow. Thats alright at least the ice wont damage the car. That snow is deep man we only had 4-6 inches and 2 inches of ice.

Re: snow + IROC-Z
Man we still are... we lost it about mid day tuesday. Line fell and ripped the weather head off the house. So we have to get it repaired and inspected then reconnected. So even when our town gets power we wont. They estimated 1-3 weeks. Im telling you this generator stuff is starting to get old. -Matt

I remember those days with my Vette up in Rochester, NY. For some reason the car looks prettier with the white backdrop of the snow. Makes it worthwhile waiting for spring to come around again. Makes you feel as if you had a new car all over again!

I'm really glad mine is tucked away in the garage. I let the Jeep sit out in the snow. I agree, Ohio winters suck and I really don't miss the days when I had to use my '87 Camaro as a daily driver. Just getting out of the driveway was and adventure!

Hey Snyder Long time no see. Car looks great even in the snow.
As you can tell from my sig I dont have a 3rd Gen anymore.
Anyway thought I would check to see what you been up too, would like to get into the Auto X and Road course racing, this drag strip stuff is getting old, and the car doesnt really have to hall ***** to have fun with on a road course.
If you OHIO guys have a meet and great or a cruse Let me in on it, I could round up a few other 4th Gen guys to join in on the fun.

Re: snow + IROC-Z
your car looks awesome. at first i didn't realize it was a hitch...sucks you have to have it on there(no truck and trailer to hall) but you shouldn't be getting crap for having it.
