I've always wondered how our cars would look with clear tail light covers. I think it would give the car a cleaner, smoother look. I know no one makes them though.
So my question is, do the black tail light covers have tint on them that I could simply peel off, or would I have to have a custom set made?

My old GTS ones on the 90RS were a smoked acrylic/plexi/lexan, not simply a film over clear acrylic/plexi/lexan.
They should be really simple to make from clear acrylic/plexi/lexan though.

I thought about trying to make them myself, but I don't see how I could match the curve that the tail lights have around the outside corners.
