Yep, I've toyed with the idea of putting it back in because I hate how bright the Alpine is at night and it has no dimmer on it, but I can't go back to just a crappy radio, the iPod is way too nice to have...I'm using an FM transmitter in my Mustang with the Mach 460 which is nice in terms of keeping the dash stock which I like, but the sale of FM transmitters should be illegal since they are such garbage.
Someday I'll have a daily with a built in iPod/AUX connection. I've seen a guy who can modify our stockers with an aux in, but I'm undecided...my deck is pretty nice.

I had my stock radio converted for mp3 input by a member if TGO. Very satisfied
