Finally my car came! Its a project but what do you expect for $1100. I have plenty of time too now that school is pretty much done. Me and my dad will be working on this guy all summer hopefully can have it running registered and insured sometime during the summer so i can drive a third gen. Pics ofcoarse and will definitely get some good quality ones in the sun tomorrow since i got this at 11 pm:

 

Got it all cleaned up and organized inside, also found a new set of brake shoes. Thatll save me a couple bucks. The starter was shot so i replaced it and it is turning over and starting wonderfully. But im having trouble getting it to keep a charge, i just replaced the alternator and there was a core in the trunk so i assumed it was shot, but it is not getting recharged for some reason. The battery female connector is stripped so my dad mocked up a terminal to make it fit but something is wrong because it is still not getting recharged. Im going to change the battery, terminals, wire brush the grounds, and check for a parasitic draw. Fingers crossed!

Thank you. Finally after 4 days i found what was wrong.

now that i replaced that wire shes recharging wonderfully. Fan even kicked on when it got to around 210. Tune up coming this weekend.

 

Looking good, pull up the carpet & check the floors for rust since its a t-top.
