Sense I'm in NW Ohio, Car is going straight in storage..... I'll have all winter to decide what I'm doing with it, Considering I have 2 LT1's plus a 350 Tuneport at the shop I have options.

Beautiful Heritage Z28 man, If anything I'd swap to the 350 TPI and buy the 145mph cluster with the 5500 redline tach on eBay to swap in. It would be one fast Z28 because I notice you don't have any pwr options, no pwr windows or Trunk release or pwr door locks or pwr mirrors, 
that's a good 50lbs less I guess, You'd just need a Magnaflow or Flowmaster 80's Series 3" Catback Exhaust with Chrome pipes with an angle cut you'd probably be faster than me & of course gears, I can't recall at this moment if you have the 2.73s or the 3.23s I don't think your a g92
