those that have the engine out of there Camaro (come inside!)

Hopefully someone car help me out, if you have your engine out of your car and body panels on and don't mind shutting the hood on your selves... I would like some pictures and measurements of the max clearance between a stock hood and the top of the core support. Im looking at building a air intake to fit between a stock hood and the top of the core support kind of like the TPI cars... If anyone can do this it would be greatly appreciated!

If you can wait a few weeks I'll be pulling the motor out of one of my cars. Probably be 3-4 weeks before it's out.

yeah it does... I just don't have a stock hood or one laying around... im pretty sure someone could get the answer i seek though...

here you go roughly 3 1/2 in between hood and radiator, 3in between high point on core support and 2in between hood and low point on core support
