Paint Code Question

I have a white 1983 Z28 and the paint code says the bottom trim is supposed to be painted blue. I have never seen a trim code like this. They are almost always grey on the white Z28's.

Just gonna guess you're decoding something wrong. Post a pic of the body tag on the rad support, and we'll help you decode it correctly.
