This takes me back! Thanks for sharing. I remember these in service on Long Island in the early 90’s. They were bad ***! There were also Fox body mustangs in service too at the time and both could be seen often performing daily duties, particularly along Wantaugh Parkway heading south to the beach. I really liked the color scheme of these cars and still do. I can tell you from personal experience, these cars were both respected & feared by us 20 something year olds at that time!

I remember the Officer that lived at the end of my road used to drive one these home way back. I was 8-10 yrs old when they were in service. Was the coolest cop car I ever saw. I recall later on in like him sayin they could run down most stuff on the highway back then. Memories...
