Help I'm lost

I have 87 Camaro with a fresh 406 build, aluminum blueprint heads with a healthy cam and a Holley 750 quick fuel slayer carb to top it off... Here's my issue i can get it to start but it rushes to cut off even feathering the gas i can keep it started for a second, but it wonts to cut off and it does. so, i was told by Holley and other folks to adjust the float bowls to lower the fuel consumption which i did, but the float bowls still filled up with gas then i was told to check my oil to see gas was in my oil and it was... Mind u this is a brand-new carb, called holley back and they did and exchanged thinking it was defective. fast forward received the new carb put it on changed the oil same problem starts right up but rushes to cut off.. To me it still seems like the float bowls are still filling up and there's gas in the oil again.. I would really appreciate any help i get.... Thaks

Get a remote starting switch so you can see it.

Have someone start the engine for you while you observe the gauge.

What fuel pump. Sounds like pressure is way to high and it's pushing past the needle seat.
