Transmission Swap
Can I replace a 1984 TA automatic transmission with a 1989 firebird formula maunual 5 spd? If so will it require much work for clutch assembly?

yes you can but this here, where you are posting this is a forum to post pics of you ride not ask questions, you want to go to the transmissions and drivetrain section and search there.
