Thanks guys!
I think they look small because the car sits really high.. 7" off the ground from the bottom of the middle ground FX..

I like that colour of silver, makes the bird look like a jet fighter.

I gotta find a new hood when I get some monies.. I have a bubble forming right in the middle on the center line. I'm thinking 2" cowl.

No cowl, it's take away from the lines of that car, cowls are better suited for Camaro's and chevy trucks IMO.Get a ram air hood, it looks better on that year firebird.

The guy I bought my car off swore that's the only reason the car that hood came from (1982 Firebird) would pass an etest was because of that hood scoop.. That V6 passes like a champ, though. I think I still have the sheet upstairs, too, it might save you having to get another etest.

We'd love to see it at Thirdgen Fest. We've got one car that makes the drive down from Canada every year, I think we need another.

If you still go the sheet that'd be killer. I'll pm you to keep this thread clean. If its still a valid etest, That'd be great. That way I don't have to put a catcon back on it!
Your car would look really nice lowered a bit. Looks killer as is, though.

id like to go to thridgen fest but i dont think my cars worthy lol.
car looks great, i love that silver. thinkin bout painting my car a 2 tone, with a light silver on top and a darker silver on bottom. idk though, its one of my 35792030952 different ideas.

Re: Finally buffed the Firebird!
Unfortunately, a lot of people think that but it's definitely not the case. While we have lots of REALLY nice cars here, we have plenty of project cars that need a lot of work and everything in between. No matter what condition your car is in you'll fit in fine. Also, some of the nicest cars at Thirdgen Fest now were some of the rougher ones a few years back so it's cool to see the improvements from year to year.
