Transmission: 4l60

Axle/Gears: 373

my gta for free

So my buddy got a 1992 gta in a trade. This car is a basket case and he was planing on making it into a race car. Then he gets a killer job and just gives it to me. This car is one of five 1992 gtas made with the current dash and 305 ho that was special ordered at the dealer. My plan is to restore this car back to its former glory but drop an 5.3 ls1 down in her and not the turd 305 that was ordered back in 92. My 12 year old daughter will have an awesome ride when she turns 16. Any good father would want his only daughter to have a classic car to make all the boys drule all over themselves at school!

Can you elaborate on this one of 5 thing? What does "current dash" mean?
