I'm a fairly new member to this forum and have gained a lot of knowledge and tips from you guys. Anyways, I've always been a avid lover of thirdgens since I first rode around in my dads 87 trans am and his z28 as a little boy. I've owned two thirdgens and 1 4thgen since I started driving. My first car was and 86 hardtop 5.0 HO 5speed TA but I sold it for a 4th gen camaro that I totaled out thanksgiving 2008. We'll last year I caught the fever and stumbled across this poor thing and picked it up for $600. I know it looks pretty rough (and it is) but it sat in the Missouri weather for 10 years uncovered. Towed it home threw some gas in the carb and it fired right up. (With a pretty bad knock) it was a 305 with a 700r4 and a 2.77 posi. Right now the cold weather has slowed the process but it now sits in primer, fully trapped, with no drivetrain. I've got a fresh rebuilt 350 4bolt main waiting for when this weather breaks. I plan on arctic white and I have all black interior. I've got plenty more pics between then and now I'll post once it starts back up.
