My brother just picked up this 1985 Firebird with 39,xxx Original Miles. It is in excellent shape overall. Yes it is a base model V6, he is going to use it as a fun driver during the summer. He has a Newer Charger Hemi for his fun car. He has previously owned an 86 Firebird V6, 87 GTA (Brown) and an 88 Trans Am.

I forgot how nice the Red interiors look when nice and clean.

That thing is pretty awesome!!! How about those mirrors! That's an instrument cluster that you hardly ever see. The red passenger side dash is neat! Very cool!

 

Brings me back to going into the dealer I bought 3 ponchos at, 1985 Sunbird, 1986 Firebird V6 and my final one there and still in my possession, my baby...1989 Firebird Formula 350. I used to love going to that dealer and look at the next model year firebirds. Man I miss those days.

That is a nice car indeed.

 

Wow, it's nice to see a nice old regular Bird like this, these used to be everywhere back when I was in high school, base Camaros,Mustangs, and Birds.
