BRAKE DUST AND BILLET WHEELS
ok i've been real lazy over the winter and my billet aluminuim wheels have brake dust embedded in the clear coat.any suggestions on how i should go about cleaning them?

any one?they are clear coated

I think I would try some polishing compound. Once they are cleaned up get a few good coats of polish on them to help protect from future damage.

can anyone recamend a good polishing compound?

I'm facing the same problem but I found this thing you put on the inside of you rim and it' a brake dust guard.. it doesn't keep it all off but it keeps a majority of it off, so I'm hoping for about $25 it'll save me some time..
