Trans Shifting Point Problem...

Engine: Built L98
Transmission: T-56 6 speed
Trans Shifting Point Problem...
Its done this before. And for today and last night after drag racing. My trans is shifting at like 3k. For every gear. This is a sign my trans is goign to go isnt it. Thats what I'm thinking like the clutches or something is going out. Or could this be casue because I didnt change my trans oil in awhile? Should I change it? would that helP? thanks...

Axle/Gears: 7.5" Auburn 4.10 Posi-Traction
If it shifts late in all gears all the time now, (part throttle and WOT) I'd look
for a stuck TV valve or damaged governor. If not this could be internal, (pump,etc) Check the fluid level Does it smell burn't? Does it slip between gears? If so your going to have to "Burp the Wallet"
I'd stop driving it and let a pro look at it
and go from there....

the car is telling you it wants to drift more!!! back to tantalus with you!!! mebbe u should check out some of the junkyards, ask around see if anyone has any trannys.
