title transfer - PA to MD

Hey, I just bought a camaro from a guy in pennsylvania, and I dont know what the procedures are for change of ownership. Can anyone help me out?

Car: 1983, 1986

Engine: 2.8 2bbl, 2.8 MPFI

Transmission: 200C 3 speed, 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.08, 3.42

Well I bought a car off my parents and they live in PA. Here's how I did it...

1. Take the car and get it inspected. After this is done you will get a slip from the inspection station.

2. Take PA title and inspection slip to MVA office and get MD tags.

3. Emmissions form will come in the mail later.
