Ok, I have all the parts I need to make the care sniffer legal now all I need is a shop that can install it on the car. Does anyone know of a shop in the Centreville area that can do it but not over charge me for it?

I live in the 20120 zip code and near the enter section of 28/29 for those that are close to me.

Please help I am trying to be a good boy and get her all legal.
