Man I would like to get some base runs in before the season is over. I am having a weird clutch issue after changing transmissions, hopefully I have some time to dig into it before it gets really cold.

Whats up with the clutch? Is it not engaging until you let the pedal all the way up?

My clutch is doing the same thing. I thinks its because of the crap AutoZone clutch I put in it. Weak pressure plate or something. What did you put in it and what are you going to replace it with?

It's under warranty, so guess what's going back in.
Got it all apart today, and the clutch is TOAST. Mainly on the PP side, but the flywheel side is worn out too. I don't know if it just wore out, or the PP was weak and all the slipping burned it up. It lasted me for about a year, which I guess is not so bad as I was not always nice to my car. If I get another year or so out of it, I guess that would be okay. Hopefully that will be right around the time that I tackle putting this T56 in there.

Well... I havent been nice to my clutch so....
Here lately I cant powershift. Seems like its taking a long time for the clutch/input shaft/synchro's to slow down. I know the synchros arent worn (thank ***.. I just rebuilt it!).
I'll put a Ram or something in it next time. Maybe even a Centerforce DF...

buy 2 inch adapters/spacers for the front and 1 1/2 for the back. from www.fbodymotorsports.com they run 250.00 then you can put just about anny 4th gen wheel on.

How bout that I'm in Hollywood too. I haven't had my car out much since I've developed this little intake leak. All I need is some time and I'll get it fixed...maybe do some porting while I'm at it.
Doesn't look like I'll be back at MIR this year, but I should be ready for next season. Good luck at the track tonight.

Hey Joe, I uesd to race MX also. I had an 02 KX125, untill some kid in the practice lap landed on me, my helmet came off and I broke my nose and the sinus cavity under my left eye and above my right eye and cracked my shoulder blade, (have 3 titanium plates in my face and a scar that goes from ear to ear over the top of my head) after that I sold the KX and bought my 92 RS. I love it and wish I had money to buy a nother bike though.

Camaro05,
Heck, you can probably hear when I start my car up! I live near Dorsey Park. We'll have to get together and head up to MIR when the season starts up next year.
Hare Scramble racing finally finished today. Unfortunatly I had my spark plug vibrate loose during the race today and didn't complete all the laps. Luckily I didn't have any crashes that broke my face. Sounds painful!!!
Dennis,
Did you get to run Friday night? How did you do?

Camaro5 hey i got the "Stop Light Green" Camaro that blue one is a 3.1 V6 i live across from the Firehouse next to the Citgo Station.
