I will try to show up on Sat. (Thanks for the e-mail Erik)...Will bring something for food, but probably leave the Camaro at home, now that it's parked behind the vette and ready for a 200K rest and overhaul. I have picked up a 87ish Camaro RS V6 parts car ,so if anyone needs a part that may be left on it just ask.

I'm definately in for the 25th; can't wait to see everyone again! Of course I won't /remember/ everyone from 2 years ago... maybe I'll wear a sticker that says "TomP"
Oh and I'm not washing the Firebird; it's been about 2 years since I washed it, I figure I won't start now!

Less than a week left! I hope everyone's got their last minute projects wrapped up or close to it.
I still have to reply to a bunch of pm's, sorry about the delay folks I have just been swamped at work.

Hopefully I can print out all my pictures of my suspension rebuild & bring 'em down in an album- that's about as last minute of a project as I've got!
Can't wait for this weekend... we're still starting at 1:00 pm, right?
By the way, I don't remember what any of you look like!

Son of a f'ing B!!! Guys, I can't make it- I blew up the motor in my 2nd car (a-body, 2.5l i-4 tbi) last night. I've gotta put the coin I was going to use for tomorrow's trip & food into that second car of mine.
I think the oil pump went; got a hell of a banging noise, but pushed it (I was almost 100 miles away from home)- got near home, the oil light came on, the motor started slowing down (zero power), so I shut it down and coasted to a stop. Oil looks like black water, and doesn't feel like oil. It feels like water. But, it doesn't look like chocolate milk, and doesn't feel like antifreeze. So I'm guessing the oil pump took a crap- but it also looks like my #1 cyl's exhaust rocker arm isn't moving, so I must've wiped a cam lobe out, too.
So... I guess I'll see you all next year. Take pictures!!!
