Rear End Swap

Note: This topic has nothing to do with the other similar topic in this forum.

MD 3rd Gen owners, anyone want to swap their 10 bolt with 3.45 - 3.73 for a 9 bolt?
It has posi, disks, a gas mileage friendly 2.77 ratio and is in great shape.

Why do you ask? Well I can't find the gear ratio I want and I don't want to pay $400+ for a decent ratio. Plus I don't take my car to the drag strip so I don't need the strength of the 9bolt. Just a good ratio for the street is fine for me.

You can test my car before you swap to see that the rear is in good shape.

Anyone interested?

Nobody wants a free 9bolt upgrade

Ok how about if I throw in a 3.27 gear ratio ring and pinion?

what kind of 9 inch is? is it a custom setup for your 86 or is an aftermarket 9 inch?
