Venting...can anyone help?

Ok, so as most of you probably know my tranny went out a while ago. I bought a replacement and finally got it in, only to find out that the next week it died just like my old one. anyways, i took a huge chunk of my bank account to get it rebuilt under warranty. got ripped off, overcharged, cheated, etc. anyways, on the way home from the shop, the car goes nuts and stalls out on me and wouldn't start back up. so im left with a problem (guessing its the mechanics fault) where my car would only run fine for about 10 minutes and then just go crazy and die. anyways, a couple hours later i went back to it and it was fine...then same thing, die after 10 minutes. george came over and we replaced all the parts in my distributor and set the timiing...and guess what, didnt help anything! and the worst part is, now it wont start up again at all. im getting codes 41 and 23. this car is just driving me nuts now, i paid a lot for it and it drove flawlessly for a few months. i think my mechanic might have messed something up...can anyone even guide me in the right direction of what might be wrong. me and george think its either the computer or something in the wiring harness.

sounds like the wiring behind the motor got pinched between the block and trans when he put the new tranny in.
