ok as most of my TGO friends know i had a 305 TBI so me and Erik are working on my car as we speak lol taken her from TBI to TPI i dont care what people say i like it and its what i want so dont bash me but the setup i got had a messed up base so it took more time and we had to do some rewireing lol but my car will be done soon i have pic's from my phone so they suck but its what we have for now so tell me what u think

ok can any body point me to a good performance shop in my area baltimore that can do the rest of my TPI swap due to personal reasons eric will not be doing the rest of the swap witch is cool i just need to find a shop asap cause i drove my car there and now i have to have it towed home by saturday so anybody got any shops in mind please PM me with name and number thanks oh by the way TPI swap BAD IDEA

eric is blackws6firebird and he decided to not finish my car so now it will cost me well over 500.00 to get it fixed i guess i learned if your going to have real work done to your car not to let anybody but your self or a shop do it atleast you know it will get done ERIC

by the way, im a good guy, i painted his car for him, and i took care of the money for the time being since we havent had much time to get together since. just kinda sad that someone assumed i was the bad guy

 

the only reason they said you adam is cause we wwere the ones always hanging out lol im taken my friends suberban down today SATURDAY to get my car but it will be back in baltimore its going to cost me 700.00 to get it all redone cause they wont touch work that somebody else did they said its to much trying to see where he left off and i have no clue about wires so i filled out a credit app and got approved to get the work done they are doing vortec heads base and so on and getiing all the right parts to do the job so wish me luck again

im takeing it to vivid motor sports he did a swap on 3 other cars like mine and is going to give me a warrenty he is even towing my car and doing all the work he is doing the painless harness and a programable computer so he is getting the car either sunday or monday it should be done by friday so wish me luck once again

Actualy I hate to be devils advocate but thats alot of coin right there vortec heads, painless wirering harness, labor, etc. How can you pay for all that when you owe people money????? I don't think your priorities are right.

 

um well i need my car i was told it could be done in a weekend but true probs can come up now im going on a week with out a car so no car no job and i owe ONE person money not people its ONE and for the 2nd thing its going on credit so i figured if im going to get it done im doing it right and since he is in ther might as well do it all so yea i have what i need what comes first so on down the line right now car first to keep job cause with out the job i dont get any money so anyway back to the topic if this thread i hope my new tpi setup gets done soon and cant wait to run it at test and tune

 

wow, people know me on here, lol. ive been pretty sick and ive been dealing with some money issues so i havent gotten around to posting. when we rebuilt my distributor we must have missed a step or something. and my car will be back by thursday no matter what (the mechanic has it, and we told him if he didnt have it done by the 11th to give it back and wed find someone else). so anyways, im still alive, selling off some stuff so i can actually get my car back when its ready.

and by the way, i wasnt saying anything bad about eric. i actually just starting talking to him a couple weeks ago and hes a really cool guy.

George, did you lose your phone or something? ive been leaving messages for you to call me back ASAP, and youve had time to post here, so i know you're around at least for a bit of spare time. just give me a call.

And, its not like i dont need my car. If i dont have my car friday, meaning I need money, im in deep with my parents. i dont think theyll go as far as making me sell it, but i will be without a car till i come up with the money.
