I don't remember any salvage yards right in Norfolk, but there were several in Chesapeake that I used when I lived down there. A couple of them were right off Indian River Road not far from the Ford plant. They had a few third gens. If you ever need a 5-speed rebuilt, there's a guy in Norfolk that re-built mine with heavy duty gears for a very reasonable price.

I also remember one in Norfolk on Military Hiway. There was also one on the way out to Oceana Naval Air Station. I can't remember if either of these had any third gens.
pick n pull
ok i just went there this weekend, take exit 20, after lynnhaven, merge right off the highway keep going straight for a light or two and you'll see a crown gas station, take a left. Go down the road for a couple blocks and you'll see it on the left. it has couple newer 91-92 camaros a older one a new fourth gen completly stripped! and maybe a few f birds didnt really pay attention
