Good Shop to replace valve stem seals?

I would like to replace my valve stem seals myself but I have absolutly no time to do it so I am looking for a good shop in northern VA / DC area that can help me out. Any of you guys done this and if so, how much did it come out to?

To replace the valve stem seals on a TPI motor somewhere around $250 +parts.

your price is looking good so far. I'm looking for something a little closer but these guys are charging too much. I'll let you know if decide to go to up there, do you work weekends? how long would it take?

Don't normally do weekends but if that's the only time you can get down here that's fine. It'll take in the neighborhood of 3-4 hrs.
