I love, love, love my third gen Z28 and if that's what you want to see, that's fine with me. She's so dirty under the hood though -- it's amazing what one year can do. I'm trying to get my two trucks sold so I can get a new 383 stroker for her, but until then I'll deal with what I've got. Can't wait for spring weather to show up so I can get under the hood again.
Maybe I'll see if the b/f will drive my 4th gen down.
Oh, and BTW, I don't mind awsomer...I knew what you meant!

Anyone who loves their car (or cars in general) are welcome. We all have friends with rice and/or Fords, or other we know we'd like to bring along, or to cruise to the meet with -- I say, bring 'em all. Just remind them -- there will be no F-Body hatin! LOL.
The more the merrier.

i wanna see your car in person. try to bring it
even if you gotta tow it.
even if you gotta tow it. Heh, I've nothing to tow it with. It runs and drives, just has expired registration and a slight rod knock at idle (among lesser issues). I can't register it in MD yet, they'd just laugh at me.

TTT - don't want anyone to forget about this, it's only two weeks away!
I just got my firebird back today -- wow, what a rush! I know this isn't a 4th gen board, but I'll post a pic or two as soon as I can.

single line irocs. freshly blasted and powdercoated in a sparkle silver finish and then clearcoated. 4 new black iroc-z centercaps with gray writing which match my gfx emblems. brand new directional tires on all corners that feel great. guy drove all the way up to me too, and it only cost me my wheels + 100 bucks. all that matters is that i am happy now with the way the car looks.

You guys better bring it. Last couple days on my end have seen several 4thGen's saying they'll be there. We need a good 3rdGen turnout! I own 3rd and 4th, but 3rd will always be at my heart. Our 4thGen group has good people, I promise. FordGirlGoneBad can vouch for that, she has met most of us. Come out! We're gonna try to get to MIR in April I think, you guys should join us there too. C'mon now.

there might be more fourth gens...but well have the fastest third gen. my buddy bob is 99% on bringing the blue car as long as theres no moisture on the ground. he has a white one too (stereo car with 32 speakers) if there is some rain. although there might be a low 9 second fourth gen, i hope we can come out victorious in at least one aspect.

awesome, ive always seen that iroc in your profile and thought it would be cool to see.
Don't get your hopes up too much, it's not show quality or anything; it has it's share of current problems.
I do like showing it to people who can appreciate the work I've put into it, though.

hope its not too late! will anyone be bringing a camera? we need someone to post pics up online. I can bring a decent one, but I wont be able to get pics up for a couple of weeks. im going from the meet back up to school, and I would need to drop the camera off at home.

if your car is low, try turning in by tgi instead of buy cicis.

you can either turn in at the light by sports authority but if you dont know the area it would be slightly more confusing. if you are coming from south, you will see cicis on youre right, contiue for another 500 or so feet untill you hit the light and then turn into the parking lot. if you try to turn right before cicis (right turn off 355) and then turn left into the lot, its kind of a steep upgrade. just a heads up, but your car has to be pretty darn low. my friend with sportlines occasionally scrapes, so its not too horrible.

Wow, just got back and what a great gathering. Still more fourth gens than thirds, but we had a pretty good showing. It was great to meet everyone new, and to see some old friends too.
Someone told me that the next time we do this in Rockville Cici's will rope off an area at the front of the restaurant and we'll all get to eat for free. I thought that was a pretty cool offer and it might generate a bit more interest.
Next month's gathering for this crew is in Vienna, Virginia. Maybe you guys can cruise up with me or meet somewhere along the way???? Also, the Maryland Camaro Club is meeting in Clarksville next Saturday, so if it's nice out I'll be heading over there and would like to see some others I saw this weekend.
Take care until next month!

He did a great job detailing my car! LOL -- very nice guy! Hope to see him at more gatherings -- his car was HAWT! Talk him into coming to race day April 22nd. I was really happy so many people showed up -- from all different f-body boards, generations, etc. Even the guys from the Maryland Camaro Club showed up and passed around a few flyers, and Cici's offer for free food and roped off parking is incredible!
Spring is around the corner (as I say this it's flurrying in my front yard, but not my backyard, lol). Time to bring out the bling and show it off.
