need transmission shop in virginia...close to richmond
Well I was looking forward to getting one of dana's th350's and i just got off the phone with him. He said he doesn't deal with th350's anymore and suggested a guy in PA. Well I called the guy in PA and he doesnt like the idea of building a transmission and somebody else installing it. So now I am turning to you guys for a good transmission shop in richmond or maybe even all the way near fredericksburg/stafford area.

I hope you got your trans fixed by now, but if you need a trans shop in the Fred area I would recomend either Rodneys or Darvins. They are both off 17N, Rodneys would be better for performance apps and Darvin does good factory type overhauls with minor performance upgrades.

I hear Aarrow Transmission is pretty nice (in Richmond). And I know the owner owns and works on either a first gen or second gen Camaro (can't remember which).

Well I forgot about this thread but I decided to do a Performabuilt Level 2 transmission. The trans that blew up was built by a place off of route 1 near the 126 exit....between that exit and the 130 exit....if you are going north it was on the left and I think it might've been Rodney's. ::Shrug:: Not sure on what was wrong, parts or the person so I just got a transmission from Frank at Performabuilt with a 1 year warranty.
