tryin to meet with thirdgens, cruise some where? something!

 

Well, I am usually in Chesapeake, but I'm currently on an "extended business-trip" over here in Kuwait.

Im in Newport News a little away from you guys, but if you ever make it over here on this side of the water.....Bass Pro shop in Hampton, take 64 west(?) to williamsburg and take the the exit at mercury, well not the mercury exit, the very next one. and turn left at the first light!!! Bass Pro Shop every Saturday about 9pm. when they close. tons of cars and i think im the only thrid gen there.

 

I am in the Richmond area and I have an 89 GTA.

I'm in williamsburg/grove area just above Ft Eustis/Lee Hall area. There are usually some nice cars on Saturday at Hardees on Jefferson ave right at Dresden Drive 6-10 as long as it's nice out. They already started gathering this year. Haven't been over to the Harley dealership on RT 17 towards yorktown yet...Every once in a while i will see a third gen but i am seeing a lot more on the street around here!!!

 

I'm in Newport News, just moved here had actually been looking for third gens to wrench and cruise with let me know

 

Trusty, try to make it over to Hardees on Jefferson tomorrow night. Should be a good show. It is south of Harpersville and right on the corner of Jefferson and Dresden Drive.
Of course there is Richmond Dragway about 45 mins from newport news. And VMP south of Petersburg about 1.5 hours away also. I hope to be at hardees but don't know if i'll drive the camaro.

 

I'm near Richmond looking for some 3rd Gens to cruise and wrench with here as well my z28 needs a little work and a decent paint job i want to keep the same color scheme thats on her now though so its difficult

People usually meet up at Hardees around 6 pm and will last till 9-10 pm. Nice crowd and really nice people. It's funny how cars bring people together. They should have a car show at the United Nations!!!

 

Been to Hardees a bit, but with me only being home on the weekends, it's hard to get out.

 

PM me and let me know... I'm always willing to cruise or help with 3rg gens.. I work at Langley AFB during the week and I'm back home to Richmond on the weekends...

 

I am in Chespeake down by Hickory High School and looking to gain some knowledge to hopefully get my son's (he's a 14 yr old) car running in the near future. We bought it about a yr and a half ago and just got it put back together, it came in a few pieces..... I'm in the Franklin area, and am new to the forum. I have a '85 Camaro base model that my daughter and I will be wrenching on soon. Solid V-6/auto car, but it needs paint and interior work.

I live in Carrollton, have a 86 Camaro, we have a car cruiz in just outside Smithfield when the weather warms, usally 100 or so cars there.

 

Where in Smithfield? Friday or Saturday evening?

 

I actually live in Carrollton across from the Nike Park. They are on Fridays nights . They were at NAPA Store in Smithfield. Last year they moved to Charlie Daniels Racing on Rt. 10 towards Suffolk. I guess they will be there this year as well.

 

I'm going to school in Norfolk/Hampton roads. won't have my camaro down here until next year though.

 

I have a stock hood, steel, looking for a new home. Come and get it. Its off an 1986.

 

im in chesapeake//va beach. My car is currently getting a transplant (ls1) which should be going in next weekend and then I will be def. wanting to cruise around with other fbody people. My car has been down for the count for over two years. Been buying parts and getting stuff together for THIS moment!

 

It takes awhile, mine took about 2 years, still work in progress, getting ready for new 700R4 and converter, then 3.73 gear. Keep in touch with forum, when cruz-in starts again maybe we can get some 3rd. Gens. togeather.
