inspection ?
So i want to put some headers and a custom exhaust on my 92 rs. what all can i take off and still pass inspection. can the A.I.R. stuff come off? i know the cats can.
My plan was to go through inspection first, THEN change my exhaust.

you will pass visual inspection w/no AIR/cats but you will not pass the sniffer. You just need a resonator where the cat would be :P but you wont pass Emissions Sniffer test thingy

Specifically where you are would help. I'm in Richmond and they don't check under the hood. All the emissions crap except the cats is gone. I believe NOVA is the only place in the state that sniffs.
