need trans guidance

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: T5- manual five speed
need trans guidance

ive run into a snag. i am putting a 350 tpi in my 92 that had a t5 and a v6. i am planning on using my t5 with the new engine but i just noticed the input shaft and clutch for a v8 dont match up. does anyone know of a solution

Transmission: TH400 with brake, 8" PTC converter
Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11
you're going to have to buy a v8 T-5 trans. no other solution.

Yeah you probably should have inquired a bit more on the swap.. the V6 T5 won't work with a V8. Maybe you should check out a junk yard.

i read a big long post a ways back were if you get a clutch and bellhousing from a certain year van it will work...

well the engine clutch and trans are all in the car. i had to use 9 11/16 clutch with a cover made for the v8 flywheel. i havent actually ran the engine yet as everything else has to be hooked up. my next worry is the wiring, matching a 89 350 to a 92 v6 wiring loom promises to be tricky. plus the brake lines and headers arent getting along.
