Engine biuldere in MN good/reasonable??

Im lookin for a good and reasonable engine builder preffered in southern MN as i Live in Waseca,between owatonna and mankato, Im lookin to have a 3.4 built with the top end of my 2.8 and i dont have the time or space to do it myself.

Never used them personally but ive heard good things about a place called Run Automotive in Winona...check em out

i was thinkin about goin V8 but im goin to stick with a 6 for right now. Imay be able to find a spot to rebuild it my self but i need to find someone to throw it in when its done.

2.8's (and i'm sure 4clys) have differents motor mounts than the v8's, so you need to cut the old ones out of the frame and weld in v8 mounts.

WRONG!!!!!!! look at the K-member on your F-body there are holes for V-6 or V-8 motor mounts that will BOLT right on. Thats why the F-bodys are so nice... all the parts are swappable

it costed me about $3,500 (but i got some deals here and there like the block for free) it maybe $4,000 i don't know i owuld have to do the math. but then again i also did a rebulild with TONS of aftermarket parts and it took some time to do as all.

is that 3500 with rebuild of motor and puttin it in the car?

What would it cost me if i had a motor and trans and just needed some one to put it in and hook everything up?

every shop is different i would a guy that works out of his house and his took out the old motor built the other motor and put the new motor and new trans in the car for $850 and that is dirt cheap.!!
