I'm looking for a sbc can be any size, need something to put in my car since my other engine needs a rebuild bad. Looking for something that doesn't need anything done to the bottom end (rings, bearings, etc.) Can be minus everything else inlcluding heads but having heads would be a plus. Basically trying to find something decently cheap to put in my car so i can drive it cause as it sits now it isn't driveable.

Hope someone can help me here or maybe give me a lead to one. I am located in the southeast part of Iowa but will travel alittle ways for the right deal.

 

i have a older 305 (about 50,000 on rebuild) that is in my 84 trans am (taking it out anyways) it runs fine, i'd sell it to you for cheap, I live about 50 minutes east of cordova.

 

if ya can wait a few months i will be rebuilding a 350 .040 over with stock crank, rebuild stock heads, stock rods, stock ported intake (aluminum), rebuilt qjet, and an edelbrock performer plus cam i think its .442 gross lift. that is if ya can wait for me to build it. if not you can send me 600 to build it right away.

i also live by macomb, il for school, so i can drop it off or you can come over and pick it up.
