Illinois engine builders/machine shops....
I posted a Q in the engine tech section.....anyone here have any engine builders/machine shops in the Chicago/Illinois area that they would recommend?? I'm removing the block from my car this week and need to get it to a machine shop to get the block work done to it for a 383.

I recommend Buroski in joliet. It has changed owners recently but the crew is the same. They do quality work. I will warn you though they can be busy and sometimes take awhile to get stuff done, just have to stay on them
