Dude why do you need an IROC-Z so bad, seriously, why, so you can race it, wreck it and then be out a bunch of money? cause if so, don't, but thats my own personal opinion. Umm, have you looked in your local classifieds in the newspaper. I would highly recommend one of those midwest car trader magazines, those usually have a bunch of a camaros, occasionally an IROC might get up for sale, but, good luck tryin to find one, cause their starting to become really hard to come by, people wreck 'em, blow a tranny or a rear end, and dont wanna spend the money to fix it and then make it a parts car, which is a shame, but anyway, if ya find one, cool, keep it and rebuild it if i needs any, if not, dont do anything stupid in it.
