I posted this in the NW.Indiana & Chgo Burbs forum and no one really had any good places. I did stumble on one on my own that is VEEEEEERRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYY inexpensive. They do decent work and their prices are absolutely the lowest around. They are:

They are right behind Pepino's(definitely stop in here for lunch

They quoted me $45 for a rear end and it ended being $20.
Another local place in South Holland wanted $140!!! for the first 1/2 hour.
The only downside is they're running at about a two week turn around at the moment.
