im looking for the newer style wiper motor and the in-tank washer pump.....anybody have anything laying around?

the original one in my 85 wont clear the fuel rails since the washer pump is located on the wiper motor

 

have a picture of exactly what your looking for, i might have something... i owe you one if i do so see if you can find one.

 

i think they swtiched styles in 89 maybe. the windshield wiper motor on my 85 has the windshield washer fluid pump attached to it.

the newer style, like your 91, has the washer pump located in the tank actually instead of on the wiper motor. this would give me the extra 1/4 inch clearance i need lol

well pat i think i may have a motor laying around but the actual pump in the resevoir i gave away about a month ago so i can't help there. i'll see what i can find reguardless here tomorrow and get back to you. by the way, very nice.... will she be at superfest?

 

i can get a new washer tank and pump, but i cant find a wiper motor anyplace thanks

it should be there, as long as i can get these headers to work....the cam is pretty radical, so i hope it drives ok

 

for your case i hope so too. i went to look at my spare car and unfortunately it wasn't on the car which means it must be in a box somewhere, the search continues.... i'll let you know soon.

 

i can't find one... anybody have something to help him out with? i tried taking one off the 92 rs but the salesman stopped me.

well i only have the wiper motor... yes i will be there at sometime. i'll try to call you saturday to touch base. i will bring what i have wether i have a car or not. hopefully i'll have some kind of creation in time. i ran out of time at the body shop to get the paint just how i wanted so i had to swap over alot of the new car parts onto an old car just for something to drive. figured i can play with this car while i take a little more time to make the other one perfect. anyhow you can have whatever i've got.

yeah, too busy of a weekend....just turned 21 so a 2 1/2 hour drive wasnt to appealing to say the least

i still could really use that motor though. i will be up in Romeo at the end of the month sometime with the car, maybe we could meet up then?

the new one? no, i decided to make it a full trailer car so paint will take me all the way til autorama.

i did buy back the old one and now it has a nice little drivetrain in her which i'm using for the summer..
