joels on joy and telegraph area. a ghetto area and rough place but he knows his stuff and does great work, one of the best and most affordable as alot of people in this hobby go to him. if cost isnt an issue richard bewick is a good one. you looking at a 6-700 dollar difference between the two though. i've been to many, there isn't anyone else i'd recommend myself. good luck.
